Watsons Building Services have recently completed the mechanical & electrical services installations at a new commercial vehicle centre in Speke, Merseyside.
The contract included a mixture of gas fired heating, VRF heating & cooling, mechanical ventilation, plumbing and domestic water services to the showroom and office areas. Electrical installations included high specification lighting, fire alarm, power, data and supplies to specialist workshop equipment.

Watsons Building Services have recently completed the mechanical services installations at a new office development in Warrington, Cheshire.
The contract includes full HVAC & BMS systems utilising ammonia chiller plant, four pipe fan coil units incorporating EC motors and PICV valve technology, rainwater harvesting and solar hot water systems.
The building has achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
