The sports hall which included changing rooms and showering facilities consisted of radiant heating, a mixture of mechanical & natural ventilation, under floor heating, water services. Electrical services included lighting, power and fire alarm installations.

Watsons Building Services carried out the mechanical services installations at a new build extension to form a music and drama block at a school in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
The building which includes twelve acoustically engineered practice rooms, specialist recording studio, large drama studio and recital room have all demanded a very high engineering specification.
The contract included gas fired LTHW heating, DX heating & cooling, a mixture of mechanical and natural acoustic ventilation, domestic water & gas services.
