Small Works & Maintenance

WBS small works division deals with maintenance of existing heating and process equipment. Work includes comprehensive alterations and/or additions to active systems, including replacement and upgrading items such as boilers, pumps, warm air heaters and controls.

The maintenance section deals more specifically with the ongoing care of equipment. This may be annual servicing of gas, oil heating equipment and controls, for example, or emergency call out visits where a specific plant or item of plant has failed.
