Site Assessment: Evaluating the construction site to ensure it is ready for M&E installation. This includes verifying that the structural components are in place and meet the requirements for supporting the systems.
Installation and Integration
Installation and Integration: Install all M&E systems required, from HVAC and Plumbing to Power Distribution and Life Safety systems. Integrate control for operational control of building systems (BMS).
Training
Training: We provide in-depth handover training for facilities personnel and building occupants on the full use and maintenance of their M&E systems. Training can be tailored to suit the level of in-house management required.
Procurement
Procurement: Ensure that all required materials and equipment have been procured according to the design specifications, and coordinate delivery to the installation site.
