Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage mechanical building services projects, taking responsibility for programme, budget, quality and delivery.

- Plan work around building operations, agreeing access, shutdowns and sequencing to minimise disruption in occupied environments.
- Monitor expenditure, procurement and variations, working with the commercial team to maintain accurate forecasts and financial control.
- Maintain safe working practices, ensuring appropriate risk assessments, method statements and site arrangements are in place.
- Lead progress meetings and provide clear updates on milestones, risks and decisions.
- Check installation quality and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and handover, including operating information and client familiarisation.
About you
You will bring practical technical knowledge alongside the organisational and commercial skills needed to deliver mechanical projects successfully.
