Comprehensive Mechanical Services for Two-Storey Office

Having secured the contract for the mechanical services installations, Watsons Building Services undertook a pivotal role in the refurbishment of a two-storey office block. This comprehensive project involved the design and installation of new air conditioning VRV systems and high-efficiency heat exchange ventilation units through a meticulous 2-phase program. The implementation seamlessly incorporated the maintenance of existing systems within occupied areas of the building.

In addition to the mechanical upgrades, the project included the provision of water services for new washroom facilities, as well as the installation of a new kitchenette and drinks stations. The successful execution of the scheme was marked by its timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints, achieved through close collaboration with both the main contractor and the client.
