Efficient Boiler Plant Installation at Keighley Town Council's Historic Building

Following a successful major refurbishment project in 2011, Watsons Building Services Ltd embarked on a crucial mission to enhance the former Police Station in Keighley Town Centre, now serving as the home of Keighley Town Council. Housed within a Grade II listed building, this versatile facility accommodates various functions, including Council offices, meeting rooms, a museum, and a function room complete with catering facilities and an adjoining bar area.

Project Scope

Below is a non-exhaustive list of services installed in full coordination with other contractors.

  • Two high-efficiency gas-fired boilers
  • Flue system installed
  • Installed a hot water calorifier, pumps, and intelligent controls
  • New Pipework to connect existing heating and hot water systems

Project Outcomes

The project was completed on time and within budget in strict coordination with the main contractor and the client’s requirements for services to be live for set dates.
