Heating & BMS Upgrade at a Medical Centre in Bradford

Watsons Building Services delivered a comprehensive mechanical services upgrade at a busy medical centre in Bradford, focused on improving system reliability, energy performance and control.

The project involved the full replacement of the existing heating plant and associated controls, including the safe strip-out of obsolete equipment. A modern, energy-efficient duty/assist boiler system was installed, supported by a new Building Management System (BMS) to provide improved control, monitoring and operational efficiency.

Working within a live healthcare environment, careful planning and phased delivery ensured minimal disruption to staff and patients. All works were completed on time and in line with project specifications.

In addition to the plantroom upgrade, WBS carried out mechanical services installations to support newly refurbished WC areas, a kitchenette, and clinic rooms, ensuring consistent heating and hot water provision throughout the upgraded spaces.
