Mechanical & Electrical Services for Two Warehouses with Office Accommodation

Watsons Building Services Ltd were employed to design, supply, and install mechanical & electrical services to two warehouse units each incorporating a two-storey office accommodation and associated external works.

Project Scope

Below is a non-exhaustive list of services installed in full coordination with other contractors.

Power, external lighting and electric vehicle charging points
Mains distribution, lighting and emergency lighting
Fire alarms including disabled refuge, small power
Electrically operated doors
Gas and water services
LTHW heating, domestic hot & cold water, public health services
Mechanical ventilation

Project Outcomes

The project was completed on time and within budget in strict coordination with the main contractor and the client’s requirements for services to be live for set dates.
