Watsons Building Services is delivering a new comfort air conditioning installation across three levels of office accommodation at an existing client's distribution facility. The project forms part of the development of new workspaces on Levels 1 to 3, providing staff with comfortable, controllable indoor temperatures throughout the year.

The new office accommodation requires effective temperature control to maintain comfortable working conditions across multiple floors. Watsons is installing a comprehensive air conditioning solution, incorporating indoor units, external condensers and the associated infrastructure required to connect and operate the systems.

The installation includes refrigeration pipework, containment, condensate drainage and electrical connections, with each element coordinated to support the requirements of the new office layout. Our engineers are also responsible for configuring the system controls, allowing temperatures to be managed to suit the needs of the occupied spaces. All refrigeration work is being undertaken in accordance with F-Gas requirements, with testing and commissioning forming part of the final installation process.

Once complete, the installation will provide reliable, controllable temperature conditions across all three office levels. Effective comfort cooling will help maintain a pleasant working environment during warmer periods, supporting staff wellbeing and productivity while giving the client greater control over indoor conditions.
